The Public Administrator is an elected official who serves a 4-year
term. The Morgan County Public Administrator is Ray Forrest, who has
been in office since January 2005.
The Public Administrator when appointed by the court serves as
Guardian and/or Conservator for minors or an adult person who has
been determined to be incapacitated or disabled.
